You can ask CyberSoft to delete the data we hold about you at any time.

If you logged in with Facebook

1. Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
2. Find our app and click Remove, then confirm.
3. Facebook notifies us automatically. You receive a confirmation code you can check on this page.

We do not keep your Facebook profile. Removing the app stops all access to your Pages, Instagram and WhatsApp accounts.

If you are a business using CyberSoft

1. Delete connected channels in Settings → Channel. Their conversations are deleted with them.
2. To close your whole account and delete all data, open a ticket in the Support menu with the subject "Delete my account". We complete requests within 30 days.

If you are a customer who chatted with a business

Your messages belong to the business you contacted. Ask that business to delete them, or contact us through cybersoft.id and we will forward your request.
